Backorders
Backordered items will not be charged to your card until the product ships.
Backorders are subject to manufacturers ETA's (Estimated
Time of Arrival). ComTec Mobile is not responsible for manufacturers not
meeting their product shipping ETA's. Orders
can not be cancelled once they are in the shipping process or have left the
warehouse. Refused orders will charged the freight fee plus the minimum restocking fee - to be determined by
a percentage
of the purchase price. Special
Orders ALL
Special Orders are charged to your card when you go through
the checkout process. ComTec Mobile is not responsible for manufacturers not
meeting their supply ETA's. ComTec Mobile
will not accept any Special Order returns
unless the items are found to be defective, these items will be replaced
with the same product. Certain
Special Order items may not be cancelled once ordered
unless found to be defective. ComTec Mobile
reserves the right to cancel any order if the product
has been discontinued, is no longer available from our network of suppliers or if the
transaction is suspected to be fraudulent.
