To pay by Visa
(Verified by Visa), simply select Visa when ordering and then follow the instructions provided below:
Verified by Visa allows you to shop on-line with added confidence through a simple checkout process. Verified by Visa confirms your identity when you make purchases at participating online stores. It's convenient and works with your existing Visa card.
Plus, Verified by Visa is a snap to use. You register your card just once, and create your own password. Then, when you make purchases at participating on-line stores, a Verified by Visa window will appear. Simply enter your password and click submit. Your identity is verified and the purchase is secure.
To activate Verified by Visa in your Visa card or to learn more, contact the financial institution that issued your Visa card.
To
pay by Interac Online, simply select Interac Online when ordering and
then follow the instructions provided below:
When you select the Interac Online service as your payment method when making an online purchase, our site will redirect your browser to an Interac web page where you will select your Financial Institution.
Next, your browser will
be redirected to your Financial Institution’s web banking website.
After logging in and selecting the account you want to pay from, you
will be prompted to confirm the payment.
You will then be redirected back to the our website for the confirmation
page, at which point we will proceed to fulfill your order.
Benefits of using Interac Online
- Privacy: you do not need to provide any financial details, card numbers or login information to the online seller.
- Ease of use: because
the payment is conducted through web banking, you don’t need to
worry about creating any new passwords or accounts.
- Security: the payment is completed through the Financial Institution you know and trust.
- Alternatives: you now have another payment option when shopping online.
- Spending Control: The
Interac Online service helps you better manage your finances – you
can’t spend more than what you have in your bank account!
Security Information
- You do not need to provide any financial information, card numbers or login information to the online merchant.
- You use your existing web banking service with your usual User ID and password
The payment is completed through the Financial Institution you know and trust
- No sensitive information is shared between ComTec and your Financial Institution
ATTENTION: Interac
Online is a relatively new method of payment for Ecommerce and only a
few financial institutions are participating at the moment. The
following institutions are Scotia Bank, TD Canada Trust & RBC Royal
Bank. Coming soon Bank of Montreal (BMO).
Paying by Money Order: Simply select MONEY ORDER when ordering and then follow the instructions provided below:
ATTENTION: If your item is not in stock when we receive your money order,
your order will be shipped when stock is available. We are unable to hold items for your order when you use
this option.

- Post Office Priority Delivery with delivery confirmation

Orders will ship once payment has been cleared with our financial institution (within 5-10 business days). Upon doing so we will ship and email you immediately with a tracking number.
Paying
by MasterCard
Payment by MasterCard is
currently limited to a maximum of $150.00CDN. If you
wish to exceed this amount we require faxed copies of your MasterCard
and Driver's License sent to (403) 504-0865. Once MasterCard Secure Code
is in place this will no longer be required.
Taxes (Canada only)
ComTec
is registered in British Columbia, Ontario & Quebec. We charge applicable Provincial Sales Tax for those
Provinces. Please see the article below for clarification.
