Orders
placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Canadian
Orders:
- In-Stock orders placed through our web site are normally processed within 2 business days.
- Orders involving Back-Ordered
or Special Order items will be shipped as soon as stock is available, ComTec Mobile has no control over Manufacturer fulfillment dates.
- In Canada we
normally ship by UPS, Purolator, FedEx. ComTec Mobile reserves the right to
substitute the customer's courier of choice providing there is no
negative impact to delivery time or cost to customer.
- Tracking numbers are available at customers request.
- ComTec Mobile will NOT ship on customer accounts to destinations in Canada. We have no control over courier pickup or tracking.
- ComTec Mobile will not ship to a P.O. Box address.
- ComTec Mobile will only ship to the address indicated as the Billing Address for your Credit
Card that is registered with your Bank. This is verified during the payment process.
ComTec Mobile reserves the right to delay or cancel any order we determine
to be suspicious or fraudulent. Fraudulent attempts to process orders through
ComTec Mobile's website will be reported immediately to the authorities.
All transactions require your credit card to be registered with a North American
Bank.

International
Orders:

will NO LONGER accept payment from or
ship products outside of continental North America. IP addresses are recorded
with all orders, any order originating outside of Continental North America will
be rejected.
USA
Orders:

ships USA destined orders by FedEx Ground 5-7 Days, Express 2-Day or
customer account.
- USA customers are responsible
for all Duties, Brokerage and Taxes associated with their order. Additional
Handling Fees will be applied prior to shipping.

will ship on customer accounts to destinations in the USA.
